Prime Minister Julia Gillard has gone into damage control after an ABC report her staff drafted a leadership acceptance speech two weeks before her 2010 ambush of Kevin Rudd.

The whole thing is now spiralling out of control. I reckon that this administration has but weeks to go.

The party that never actually won the election with a Prime Minister that was never voted in by the people.

They're running a poll on the Yahoo 7 website at the moment asking whether people believe Gillard when she says she only planned to challenge Rudd on the day it happened.

of the 4000-odd pollsters 95% (3865) say they don't believe her!
