I am trying to locate a retired BOAC stewardess, Sharon Hughes (her maiden name), who used to live in an appartment at Hayes, Middlesex and was a close friend of my late partner, Joy Pointer, also a air-stewardess, with Court Line, who died in a car crash in October 1972.
Sharon lent a special book to Joy and myself which commemorated her trip as flight crew on the first VC10 to visit the Seychelles. the book is signed by one of the government ministers and is a lovely example of the history of the Seychelles up to the time of the first flight in 1972.
Hughes was her maiden name, so I am sure she would have married and would now certainly be retired.
I now live in France, and would be most grateful if anyone knows of Sharon's whereabouts.
