FAA Special Issuance Class I Medical

Do you know of anyone who had a special issuance class I FAA medical and was able to get a Class I medical in any of the Gulf States? Furthermore, will airlines here hire you ?

Who would you recommend for a medical in Dubai now that Dr. Akel has retired?
