UK CAA License revalidation

I have question regarding license revalidtion of a uk caa during a LPC. If you are working for a none UK airline and you do the LPC does the examiner have to be a uk authorised examiner or any JAA TRE, who signs of on the license. Thanks

Have one more question, if someone could help me out. When an LPC is done every year do I always have to fill out the form SRG 1119, even if the LPC is done by JAA examiner for a UK CAA license. thanks
