It seems on this forum one never hears anything positive about, well anyone, especially new entrants. So i just thought I'd give a try.

Over the weekend my partner and I flew Tiger for the first time. MEL/SYD return. Simply, it was no fuss or drama at all. Aerocare ground staff at both ports were friendly and efficient. The aircraft was clean, tidy and looked presentable, not flash but presentable. Got up and back on time and even out bags got to the same destination as us. While it didnt have the slick, polished look of the majors, it did the job with no fuss, and was cheap.

Only major gripe was the booking website, for a 1st time traveller it would be terribly confusing, they need to make it a little more simple. Excess baggage, I bought a 15kg baggage allowance for 1 bag between the two of us, on the way back we did a bit of shopping and went 3kg over, which cost an extra $77.
When booking the extra 10kg limit would have cost only $5 as explained by the check in agent. perhaps this could have been better explained on the website. Go for the higher limit when you book and avoid the checkin charges. In the end it didnt worry me, but other passengers might ark up.

So overall, they did what I wanted, got us there and back, on time. So I'
d definitely travel with them.

Btw, both sectors were full loads.

Hi guys,
Just want to share a terrific experience I had at the casino recently. Seems too many people dislike casinos but here is my experience.

Went to the Melbourne Crown casino, found a good parking spot, took the escalator up to the main floor. Walked over to the bar where the staff were friendly and polite.

We had some money changed to chips and sat down at the Roulette wheel. I put fifty dollars down on black, spun the wheel and guess what? .... I doubled my money!

By the way, the casino was full of people, all eager to win as well.

Had a great experience and will Be back again!

The Casino I would consider doing again.... I only lost $200 last outing.

I am over getting ripped off for excess baggage, completely over it.

perhaps this could have been better explained on the website.

The excess charges are what low cost carriers make their money from.
You don't really think selling $30 tickets is profitable?
Hence they keep those charges in the fine print, not massive font on the home page of the website.
