I'm having a clear-out at home and have come across a mounted colour print of a Shackleton on patrol, possibly by Chris Mayger.

It's titled "A Shackleton Called Sheila".

Digging round on the internet I've found a book with the same title by David Mariner, described as "The terrifying story of an aeroplane, two killers and a ten year old girl".....

........ and the artwork on the book matches my print!

Does anyone know anything more about "Sheila"?

The print is probably one of many hundreds so it's not likely to be worth anything, I'm just curious!

Well known firm named after a SA river has it second-hand in paperback "from 23p" - hard back, amazingly, from £43!
