Looking to find some pictures from the Heaton Park Air Show in 1970. Hoping someone out there has some to share!

Have you tried a search on Airliners.net. Although it's mostly airliners (natch:hmm:) a bit of delving might produce something
You can search by photographers' name and I'd recommend RA Schofield.

Just found this.
Peeping into a jet engine. Mary Evans - Prints Online, (http://www.mediastorehouse.com/peeping_into_a_jet_engine/print/1624799.html)
I think there had been similar events at Platt Fields, So Manchester beforehand.

I found that print, just looking for... More. No major reason other than personal interest of a relative who attended the event and mentioned they'd been looking for photos.

Whoops typo should be spelt Scholfield. If you do a search on Manchester Barton you will come across his b&w pics.
