2 random questions (IMC PLOGS & Ipad plates)

Just a couple of questions. Please could anybody help me with a link online where i can get a simple IMC PLOG that I can print out.

Second question - I think ipad is excellent for aviation - wondering if anybody had a good app whcih has the relevant plates (vfr & imc). I see the jeppersen one looks great but is over 300 eur p.a whcih is just too much.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

(2) Aviation Tools Free works well in my Android; I've no idea whether this is available for Apple products.
