Is this great event, once started by the Airline fraternity in Melbourne many moons ago, still running, on the last friday before Christmas?

If so, is it still starting at the Rathdowne Hotel (Carlton) at 5pm?

I remember those! One of the best parties I've been to!!! :8 Haven't heard a thing about it for a long time - the year after I moved interstate apparrently got shut down by the cops... :ouch:
