Sorry if this is in the wrong section or has been mentioned before. I'm only SLF but found this "interesting" as I use Lion air now and again.

Hmmmm, to continue with the Lion Air application or not?
This action may tie in existing crew for the contract length, short term fix.
It will certainly discourage any new hires, long term larger problem.
How dim can some management be?

this is why they prefer P2F,
no training to pay
no retirement to pay
no holyday to pay
no uniform to pay
no health insurance to pay
no security badge to pay
no etc.
and pilots pay the airline, how awesome is that?
