Does anyone know of Captain David Reed? He was an FO on the Tristar with BA in the late 1970s and a captain on the Trident in the early 1980s when he afforded me my very first cockpit visit at the age of 13 - something I remember fondly to this very day! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
