I'm a military pilot asking the age old questions; stay in or get out?
1. Is the time off and pay enough to off-set going TDY and flying 250 ft at XXX knots?
2. What is the pay years 1-5?
3. For people who retired out of the military; Are you glad you stayed or do you wish you would have gotten out as a Captain?
