This very small Indonesian carrier has just announced a purchase of new aircraft, with a cash value bigger than Emirates.

With the big tower in Dubai, soon to be the SECOND tallest in the world, what is happening in the sand pit.

Is the sand sinking....

Serious question, who has the power to provide the manufacture with the certainty of payment, for this small family owned airline....

Does anyone have first-hand knowledge of working as a TRI/TRE for Lion Air? All info about all aspects of T's & C's and standards welcome.

Gulfstream - small family owned airline...

You mean the largest private Airline in Indonesia with its tiny fleet of 77 Aircraft of which 55 were delivered brand new from Boeing???

Power to provide the manufacturer with certainty of payment will come from a few of the leasing companies that are no doubt queuing up to support the largest ever Boeing order.

They expect 27 million passengers in 2011, up from 21 million last year.

Not so small and very fast growing. The main focus is on the domestic market with just a few international destinations such as SIN or KUL but more will come.
