I've been looking around to get some old Southern England VFR charts, but couldn't find a site that you can get the old ones on. Is there a place you can buy the old out-dated ones?

Unsold out of date charts are destroyed to retrieve the copyright payments that are made on them. Your best bet is probably in a flying club.
