I am a time expired wannabe at the grand old age of 35, but am currently completing a MBA through the OU.

I need to find the answers to a couple of questions and would be very grateful if any flight deck crew or 'management' from easyJet could drop me a line with some answers (these will be treated confidentially - the OU make a big thing of this!)

1. What is easyJets strategy / competitive advantage and how does this enable them to compete successfully in the market place.

2. What does the future hold for easyJet. If anyone can point me to specific information from a good source I would be grateful (i.e. Economist, IATA etc.

Thank you for your help, by the way I am not a 'bean counter', infact any A320 pilots out there I wrote the software for the 'Flap/Slat' control computer (on second thoughts maybe I should not have typed that - a bean counter sounds much more interesting by comparison.
