Helicopter down in Italy. 1 dead 4 injured

One AS365 down in low visibility conditions in Sicily yesterday 9th Novembre
First reports said it may have collided with one eolic windmill in low visibility.
It belonged to INAER Italy.
Copilot dead, rest of crew and patient injured.

Photo is wrong, that in the picture is a 109 Grand.
The 365 was flying a patient with a brain aneurism from central Sicily to Messina.
My personal heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the deceased pilot.

Was it the third or the fourth crash of an INAER helicopter this year?
