QF AGM Attendance Requirements?

Hi

Would anyone be able to tell me if you have to be a QF shareholder in order to attend the AGM?

I had a look at the 'Notice and Related Materials' documents on the website but found no relevant information.

You can attend without being a shareholder if a shareholder has made you their proxy.

You'll need the (suitably endorsed and signed) Proxy Form that is sent to shareholders.
