Since the GWY-MAN service has been suspended for the winter season im wondering is KIR-MAN also gone?

CAT1 ILS is available on runway 26, runway 8 is NDB/DME only.

However it's not unusual to divert because of low visibility. I have used this airport on several occasions and have been diverted to both Cork and Shannon in the past.

Really? After 2 years of watching Kerry airport I have only ever seen 2 diversions both due to Wind.

Our flight was diverted to Cork in December because of low visibility, fingers crossed for my next flight in February ! I think four diversions in twelve years isn't to bad ! I have had more diversions whilst flying into Knock.

FR805 from STN-NOC diverted to SNN this morning alone.
Surprised you went to Cork, they have often worse VIS than kerry!
Summer schedules out now, was Faro always only JUN,JUL and AUG?
