Any Microlight owners near Liverpool?

Hi,

Some of you may know that I'm a second year engineering student at Liverpool. As part of a design project this year our group is designing a microlight from scratch.

We are currently mid-way through compiling a product design specification and it would be beneficial to have a look at some existing microlights.

If anyone near Liverpool (an hours drive max) has a three axis or weight shift microlight we could inspect and take photos of it would be much appreciated. If you can help please PM me for more information.

You could drive up to Ince Blundell between Crosby and Formby to the club there (sign posted from the main road). On a good day, they are always busy.

Alternatively, try Barton

You will find the guys at Ince Blundel very helpful 0151 929 3319 gets you through to the instructors at the flying school....its between Crosby and Formby,

You will find plenty of flexwing and 3 axis aircraft if its a reasonable day.
