Crash in Zwartberg-Genk

One friend has told me abaout a crash on Zwartberg-Genk Airport (Holland???) last week. It was just after take-off, no people injured, but i need some more news, can anybody help me?

I haven´t heard of this crash, but if it helps, Genk Zwartberg is in Belgium, close to the Dutch border though.
