G'day guys,

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the latest routes Alliance operates out of their QLD bases?

To my understanding:

Brissy to:
Telfer (via orange)
Cannington Mine
Ballera
Gove
plus occassionally to Solomon Islands and East Timor

TL to:
Phosphate Hill
Cannington Mine
Century
Cloncurry

Are these correct or are there more?

Regards

I haven't seen or heard them in Gove for a very long time. doesn't mean they don't go there of course.

I have seen them stop in Alice Springs for fuel on occasions. Apart from that rarely see or hear of them, so can't help.

What's the inside gossip re Rocky and Mackay now the 717 are being based in BNE, I assume that's finishing early next year as well?

Seems to be the logical conclusion.

EDIT:

Forgot, there is a Cairns base as well now.

Have seen them down here in Melbourne on a number of occasions over the last few months, all F100.

Nah Alliance handing all routes back to Qantas...

Never hear them cause they never fly!
this is a rumour network lol

I suggest that the reason the F100s' are being seen in Melbourne is because they appear to have the contract to fly the asylum seekers down from up north.

They also have an ADL and PER base
