Just a little reminder to those that are not on my e-mail list...

The F4 TDPU
11/11/11

Usual Place, usual time !

Am expecting an even larger than usual turn out this year, with many starting at the Cenotaph at 11.00.
The unique date will no doubt attract an even larger Trembler element than usual!

Any ex-F4 mates who don't know what I'm on about - PM me asap.

Skid

APG63's right. But the good news is, I know the answer. It all depends where you stand in the pub. So I'm going to move away from my usual spot this year and am certain that will make it all better.

Sorry chaps, can't make it this year, off to the Far East to see #1 son. Shall raise a glass or several in the Singapore Cricket Club instead.

SkidMX,

Thanks for your work again this year. Good turn out, lots of beer, great fun.

Who was the wee small chap?

Who was the wee small chap?

Surely he would have been one of the ex-Frightning mates?!? :E;)

Sounds like 'Wee Stevie S****'?

Nice chap - although he once counted 29 rather than 30 frames of film, so disallowed my claimed Fox1 :\

Ah!! BEagle. Yes. Wee Stevie. That brings back memories.

Wee Stevie once made the mistake of leaving his F1250 in his hat when he went flying in an immersion suit one night. It was discovered by a notorious villain, who may or may not have been one J***y U**n....

When Wee Stevie next came through the main gate...OK, the only gate, he showed his F1250 to the guard who promptly fell about with laughter.

"What's so funny?", a bemused Wee Stevie asked.

The guard said nothing, just handed him back his ID card which had been amended to include long hair, huge glasses and a pair of horns....

"The ba$tards!", muttered Stevie as the guard dried his eyes, saluted and waved him through. But he realised that he'd been had, saw the funny side and later showed us all the offending article!

Thanks Skids

It was a great afternoon/evening and brilliant to see so many colleagues from the past. I will try to get to as many as I can in the future. It was simply brilliant, especially the "song" times two!!

Oh, yes, BEagle. J***y U**n. Haven't seen him in ages either. Last was at Chivenor...

J****y U**n is now a DSTL-type civvy; still looks like butter wouldn't melt, just where was his paper round? I am sorry that I missed the bash this year, my liver less so....

Sorry to be so late - tried to reactivate my old PPrune account, but had to start anew. Anyway, thanks, Skid. A good bash again. Thank you!
