If I submit praise for particular Cabin Crew, identified by first name only, on a Qantas flight with correct flight number, date etc via the online feedback form, will those Flight Attendants be informed they have received positive customer feedback?

Yes, if you give all of those details they will be notified.
It is realyl appreciated as it does come into play when going for a promotion or other 'step-up' role or when progressing to business/first. It also helps should something go pear-shaped later on, a good track record of compliments always provides balance.
I have been provided with several (de-identified) handwritten notes given to the CSM by passengers. Some of them have been given directly. others were emailed via management or customer care departments.
