Tasair training then employment?

Hi
I currently live in Melbourne and I'm thinking of moving to Tasmania to do all of my training except ATPL with Tasair because of the possibilty of them employing me for my first pilot job. They operate planes which are suitable for low hours pilots. So my question is is there a good chance of them employing me if I train with them? Obviously a vacancy would need to exist first.
