Hi guys and gals,
Im currently studying aeroskills in brisbane, and the time is nearing to pursue an apprenticeship! I thought this would be a good starting place for some info on the private rotary industry specifically from the viewpoint of a mechanical LAME.
I have an opportunity with the military (navy)but am considering all options at the moment and feel i have a reasonable understanding of the military side. If there is anyone out there with experience from one or the other or hopefully both and can shed some light on the pros and cons it would be great. I would be aiming towards ems or other medium/heavy aircraft operators specifically.
