Thanks for your suggestions. One of our dispatchers requested the services in those countries through a company called APOGEE OPERATIONS Ltd. I don't have a previous experience with this company, however they were really good and very helpful; they obtained the requested permissions and confirmed all services within no time and our pilots were really happy with the services they got on ground. We will use them again for our future flights.

we worked two times with Apogee for one flight in Uzbekistan and one in Kazakhstan , and everything went well.
we were very content with their services especially in Uzbekistan where is difficult with the landing permit, but these guys resolve it.
our crew and pax were satisfied so i recommend to use them in the future.

early in the morning we've sent a request for a flight in kazakhstan to Apogee OPs (with overflights & landing permits, and also handling) and now everything is arranged. We got all the permits and all services have been confirmed.
they are moving very quickly. I am recommend it to you. Use them, they are good.

We have been using APOGEE :D since JAN 2011 and they have never failed us at all.

According to experience, Turkmenistan CAA grants permit through their foreign office only(for BizAv). Payment for airport services by crew on cash basis with airport authorities. No matter what handling agent was chosen.

Actually, cash basis is not only option if You choose right agent
