Does anyone know places in the middle east that offer MCC courses.Any info would be much appreciated.

Alpha Aviation Academy in Sharjah, offers a GCAA MPL for the A320.
there are a few threads on the academy on the course on this page itself.

Try GAA ( Gulf Aviation Academy ) in Bahrain, They are the best plus certified by Qatar Airways in case you'll work for them...

offer MCC courses It might help if you said what licence authority issued your licence.
