Ok so it's not about flying but what do you think of this?

I was out on my motorbike yesterday and stopped to get some cash from a cashpoint. There was a blond woman in her 20’s sitting in a car with a child in a seat in the back. She was smoking a fag and holding it out of the window in between drags to stop the smoke getting to the child too much. As I walked past her I suggested to her that what she was doing wasn’t very sensible for which I received a torrent of abuse.
Well, you’re probably thinking what a whinger I am complaining about a mother smoking near her baby but what I haven’t yet told you was that all this time she was parked at a petrol pump!!! <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

I agree, people seem to un-care a bit with the children nowadays.

Mothers have to work and put the child in daycare.
(Maybe a result from "have to work as the house prices have increased beyond single workers payment capability"?)

Responsibilty for raising once children seems to be reducing with the daycare in mind.

Later , after putting the child in his buggy , she lites up another sigaret and thinks it's "Absolutely Fabulous".

The petrol station in question is within 1 mile of Heathrows boundary so I guess if we had all gone bang the initial press reports would have cited terrorist action! What really gets on my wick though is that I was too busy trying to vacate the area to give her a good reposte!
