Reputed IL 76 operators / Brokers

Fellas,

I need some cargo transported on IL76. Can you suggest a few good names? Also my colleagues think I should go through a strong broker because the IL76 operators are bullies and if there isn't a good broker, they will just bulldoze us?

Any thoughts? Ideas?

Have you tried Volga-Dnepr Airlines VDA from Russia they operate some of the newer IL-76s.
