View Full Version : How much is Jet Fuel?
How much is jet fuel? If it changes do you know how much it is in London City?
Thanks
Jet A1 is dead cheap, less than half the price of Avgas.
You can in fact convert your average PA28 to run on Jet A1 at a mere 6 quid an hour, but it costs somewhere in the region of 28,000 quid to get the aircraft converted.
As for LCY, dunno.

16p per litre plus 5% V.A.T. at a large airfield in the midlands. No doubt large airlines are paying less than 10p per litre.

Depends on how big the airline is, but at most large airfields in Western Europe it is around 16 to 18 pence per litre for Jet A1.
