The FCC liscence pay is BS on line 2, but none the less the pay is just about on target. They pay for 2 liscences.

Is that Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly ;)

Those pay schedules are hourly based on full time employment (40)hrs/week, slightly bias as posted by a union but generally correct on the base pay's. Often airlines only pay for liscenses held as bonus (the A&P tops out (equal here to lame)), lead is usually a steady, RII engine run/taxi etc are variables. Pay schedules vary to up to 10 years to accomplish.
