I understand that disruptive passengers can be removed at the request of the pilot. What if you (the PIC) notice someone boarding your aircraft that you know to have a disruptive personality, even though he hasn't caused a problem yet can the Captain have him removed 'on a hunch'? (Example: disgruntled former employee, personal acquaintance, a known dangerous offender...)

I'm also curious about weapons carried on aircraft by police and other law enforcement, is it up to the Captain to decide whether the officers can board the aircraft with their guns? Do the weapons have to be stored in the cockpit?
