does anyone have any intel. to share regarding Asiana , I am thinking about moving over there once things pick-up as askipper , and would certainly like to hear yes or no !!

Any info would be greatly appreciated,

Also any indications when they might open up the employment office

Hard to know where to begin with Asiana, but here is as good a place as any.

Never been able to get past that they boil dogs alive, or bludgen them to death before making the poor creatures ready for the table. The adrenaline rush pre-mortum make for better eating, or so our Korean friends believe.

In fairness, I believe the many cultural issues previously endemic to KAL and Asiana (animal cruelty excepted) have been comprehensively addressed from the top down in recent months by some remarkably excellent foreigners. Have had no factual information, however, attesting to their success or otherwise.

Before making a decision, you may want to read a synopsis of the FSB safety audit that is presently in progress, to be completed by years' end, I believe.
