I'm looking at the JOC's available myself, there are none i'm aware of up here. I'll let you know what I find soon if you like as i'm awaiting a few replies from enquiries.

Although not in the north, I did mine at CRM Aviation CRM Aviation - MCC Course £1749 & Jet Orientation Course £660 (http://www.crmeurope.com)
Really good course and value for money. Instructor was first class - and an EFIS sim with FMS'.
I'm not aware of anybody in the north that does JOC's.
