Hi folks,
What is the norm for pilots and distances from their base? Do you have to be within one hour travelling distance from your base?
I would imagine it varies between different airlines/ bases and what type of operation you're on ie; short haul or long haul, but I would be very greatful if someone could take the time to outline some of the examples.
