I knew Bev Snook owned one Spirfire, NH238 which he sold after a leading-edge fuel vapour explosion, but his obit in the Telegraph mentions a second.
Does anyone have more details or photos of either whilst in Bev's ownership or colour scheme? Their previous and subsequent history is not what I'm after.
He used to fly to business meetings wearing a suit with a brolly jammed down the side of the cockpoit!
