That sounds very like the accident to G-BJVX that happened around 10 yrs ago (the pax coming from maryburgh in scotland i specifically recall).

Sounds to me as if the Daily Mail have resurrected a story by mistake and put today's date on it.

I think we'd have been hearing about this from other sources if it was correct.

Keith Chanter, chief executive of Bristow Helicopters Ltd, said the aircraft that crashed had been flying throughout the day and had been due to complete further journeys.

Perhaps they have just opened themselves to litigation as he is long gone. Definitely an OLD OLD article, how did you find it?
