Hi,
Anyone knows where to rent a C172/C152 or PA28 or similar at Sardinia, Italy?
Currently flying Mooney M20.

As of Sept 2010, the only place with avgas in Sardinia is Caglieri LIEE (http://www.peter2000.co.uk/aviation/sardinia/liee-final-big.jpg).
There is an avgas pump at Oristano (http://www.peter2000.co.uk/aviation/sardinia/lier-avgas.jpg) but nobody was willing to discuss its status, purpose, availability, etc...
So I suspect that piston GA (that needs avgas) is going to be limited, unless somebody is sitting on a top secret stash of drums.
