Hi I open this thread not to discuss individual Cadet Pilot Programme, but a summary of who offers this service.

What are companies doing this type of Cadet Program? Could you list?

There are a lot of cadet pilot programmes, but what kind of cadet pilot programme you want? A mentored one (where you have to fund the costs by yourself with a guaranteed job at the end)? A free one (like Cathay's)? And there are a lot of cadet pilot programmes inside airlines only for the native's.. like in China and India..

I would like to know both those free, those who pay. Programs that are available for European residents.
