S.269/300C - Start-up Limiter ?

I wish to purchase a Start-Up (rev) Limiter for a S.269C, but having difficulty finding one.

Part no. is 269A 4997-1

Seems Schweizer don't offer it any longer - only the more sophisticated (and costly) STAR System, which incorporates the required rev limiter with a rotor 'auto engage' and low rotor speed warning device.

Can anyone assist - new or good s/h ?
