Does anyone know Emirates SFI pay rates and roster?

heard it was same T's & C's as for FO, anyone clarify?

Ground SFI between FO and Capt actual salary depends on experience bringing to role. Obviously no flying pay and no training allowance. Ends up similar to a flying FO SFI.
