May have to fly into here in a private aircraft and plan to depart immediately. I know its not a great place. Any advice or intel on security around the airport? Anything constructive is appreciated.....good or bad.....

In my time, the atc spoke english, just. Area control spoke limited English. Tower was 1 english speaker, so he would be on duty when we operated.
ALL ground staff NO english.
Never night stopped, so no comment.
All payments in Rubles, and pre pay on site for the fuel, so need to know exactly what quantity required.
All MM, and fully Metric.
I hope you receive more current details from those more recent vistorrs.
