Salary rates for charter guys and grade 2 in WA

Was wondering if some one could enlighten me on salary rates for Charter drivers and grade 2s in WA ? I was informed by a gentleman here in NZ that he pays his guys $27k (gross of course). to fly twin charters while living in AKL ! ive been around a little while now but was shocked at that figure. How does it compare? Many Thanks......wagon.
