QR Trend of 3

As many of you may or may not already knew. Your past two simulators have effects on your career here at QR (If you are looking for fleet transfer&command upgrade) It would be okay if this requirement are clearly written in rules book, but it's NOT. We all understand that the final grade of 4 for the past two sims would be enough to get you places, but apparently NOT!

You may have the final grade of 4 for the past two sims check, but you will not get any promotion if you show the trend of 3 on some similar items on your past two sim check. Not clearly written anywhere, but it actually back dated to 1 year ago. Can you actually go back to fix it? Do you know it before your sim? Hell no, cuz it has already been done. Thanks to our new management. They do not even try to improve our quality of life, but making it worser by day. :mad::mad: :ugh::ugh::ugh:

And the funny think about this new rule (well in application), is that it will mainly affect 320 captains (the one who are really waiting for fleet transfer)..
Indeed a 777 captain can have as many time a "3 " on one of his manoeuvre,or a negative trend..it won't affect him too much...!
On the other hand and if we follow this "flaw logic" i'm just wondering if a 320 captain ,who has been declared not ""good"or "professional" enough to be transfered to a bigger a/c(following this new rule),will be removed from flying to KTM,SAA,SEY in other words to the cat "C" airport.. i doubt.
But Lets wait and see..

Don't think that they will remove us from Cat C airport. It's just there to piss 320 pilots off. Like a deep freeze. :ugh::ugh::ugh:

Sending a 320 pilot everymonth to SAA or KTM and tell him/her..""sorry you are not good enough for fleet transfer.." doesn't make sense at all...
But lets wait how they gone come out with this rule....

This is a great issue. As the grade is subjective evaluation and it depends on how the TRE will assess the worth of work done. This is very unfair here at QR. Everyone knows only friends deserve grade 5 and if the TRE doesn't like you, Halas, your grade will be 3 or less.:mad:

When where QR TRE's fair ? Ask A.Q or S.D or R.N or B.M where did they lost fairness and based on what they grade people . Is it on QCAA regulations and according to QR standards or based on personal hate and orders from 9 floor .

3 = Require Standard (So what's wrong with that)
4 = Company Standard (Or should we call Management Desire Standard)
5 = Very good
