Looking for Northwest Flight 85 passenger

I'm a researcher for the documentary series Mayday looking for a passenger on Northwest Flight 85 on Oct. 9, 2002. En route to Tokyo from Detroit, the plane experiences a sudden rudder hardover and makes an emergency landing in Anchorage, Alaska. I want to hear from you what happened!
