Gliding instructors - Sydney Area

[Case Sensitive]

I am a fixed wing charter pilot looking to have a go of gliding. Knowing zero about this part of the flying world I would like to hear from anyone who has had a positive experience with a gliding instructor around the Sydney area. No muppets please.....I know they don't get paid but I would still like one that is professional, knows their stuff and is switched on.
