Saw that these guys have been advertising for an Amphib Caravan driver a couple of times recently.

Does anyone know if it's because can't fill the position, expanding so need more drivers or is it that they cannot keep the driver(s) they have?

Doubt it..thats the best job in the world ever..if I thought I had a snowballs chance I would've flown over to Shute with a jumbo vaseline tub to beg for it!!!
