Today, March 31st, is the 90th anniversary of the formation of the Royal Australian Air Force.
Tonight I'll have a few to salute all those who have served or are currently with the RAAF.

Congratulations to a great service.
Many happy memories of detachments at Butterworth in 68 and 69. Some great Mirage guys - Ron McGrath, Geoff Warrener, Dicko Waterfield and the unforgettable Geoff Schmidt.
31st March? I'd always thought the big day was April 1st.

Ah, yes, those parades for Air Force Day at Point Crook with Air Marshal Sir Richard Williams presiding as Gester Vonner.
A flypast by the Deltas at just under Mach 1 had Dicky holding onto the dais with white knuckles.:eek:
