Lastly of course how much do they pay their FOs'? Ah, by the way, do they have SO for their long haul ops?

No SO on long haul. Short haul on website was for Virgin Sun, so unless you have 2500+ hrs including 1500+ commercial jet time, you'll struggle to get an interview.

Year 1 FO = £38,281

Allowances= £5000 (approx)

Pension = 13% from employer with min 6% from employee.
