i have recieved an initial class 1 medical unfit certificate(CA form 35) .. i had gone for an initial class 1 medical test and they told me i will have to undergo corrective training as i have esophoria. but , i did not undergo the corrective training. i read up on the dgca website that an appeal can be lodged within 90 days but more than 90 days have passed since i underwent the medical test. pls advise on what is the procedure i will have to follow to get a valid class 1. Thank you

Your obvious action would be to contact the medics where you had your examination. I'm sure they will be able to advise you.

You have been told what you need to do and that is to undertake training to overcome the over convergence of your eyes. You should start ASAP.

You missed the appeal date and failed to take good advice!

It probably is too late to appeal if your diagnosis is correct - you were told.

Have you got a second opinion and a training regime yet?

If you want a class 1 you will have to work for it.

You may not be able to appeal but you should be able to be retested after succesful training or has this been ruled out.

You already know all this so why post here? Perhaps a medic may reply...
